At Bilstein Shocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
